Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) provides information and referral services to ensure appropriate and accurate information is provided to wounded service members, caregivers, and family members, with a goal of connecting warriors to programs and services that will enhance their quality of life.
WWP is frequently approached by various organizations and businesses in the community who wish to provide programs and services to wounded service members and their families. To ensure appropriate and accurate information and referral services are provided, WWP requires an application and supporting documentation be submitted and reviewed. Applications are reviewed as they are received.
Complete the online application. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Brief description of organization’s mission and experience working with people with disabilities and/or their caregivers and family members
- Brief description of and eligibility requirements for programs offered
Once your online application is reviewed, a representative from the Information & Referral Services team will contact you to gather additional information. Please be prepared to provide the following relevant supporting documentation at this time:
- Proof of nonprofit or corporate status as a business
- List of professional certifications and credentials of staff providing services offered
- Proof of insurance and liability (if applicable)
